Order Processing Time
All orders are processed Monday through Friday, between 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM (Eastern Standard Time, GMT-5:00). Orders placed before 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed on the next business day.
Non-Processing Days:
We do not process or ship orders on U.S. federal holidays, including:
- New Year’s Day (January 1)
- Presidents’ Day (February 17)
- Memorial Day (May 26)
- Independence Day (July 4)
- Labor Day (September 1)
- Thanksgiving Day (November 27)
- Christmas Day (December 25)

Order Tracking
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email.
Please allow 3–7 business days for the carrier to scan and update tracking data. If tracking does not appear immediately, it likely means the carrier has not yet registered your parcel.

Incorrect Shipping Information
